When you take your broken vacuum cleaner into any one of our four convenient repair centers, you will immediately be greeted by a friendly family member or “Brother” who has many years of knowledge in the art of repairing vacuums.

• We first start by asking what is the problem that you are experiencing with your vacuum cleaner.
  
  
• We will then inspect your vacuum for damage or defects while writing up a claim check. We check all vacuum cleaners into our special vacuum hospital.
  
  
• There is no charge for the hospital stay nor is there a charge for the diagnosis. At Brothers Sew & Vac, we offer a free estimate on every machine brought in for repair.
  
  
• We have a very quick turnaround and will even loan you a vacuum cleaner if it going to take a while to repair or if parts need to be ordered.
  
  
• We will usually give you a call the very next day regarding the estimate of charges and let you know how long it will take for the repair to get completed.
  
  
• All of our mechanics have been thoroughly trained in repairing all brands of vacuum cleaners. We attend training seminars on a periodic basis and always have access to expert mechanics who’ve been specializing in repairing vacuum cleaners for many years.
