MasterChef:
Miele's MasterChef oven is the world's first programmable oven, with the capacity to store more than 30 customized cooking instructions. This unique oven lets you choose the food type you're cooking and then does the rest, selecting the perfect time, cooking mode and temperature. MasterChef also delivers the most precise heat settings available, with accuracy to within 1-degree F.

AutoRoast:
This operating mode is designed specifically for poultry and roasts. The oven sears the item by initially heating to a very high temperature to seal in the flavor. The oven then returns to the desired temperature and cooks until done. This mode increases flavor while reduces cooking and clean up times.
Intensive Baking:
Another unique Miele cooking mode, this mode combines conventional and convection cooking systems to provide intensive heat from several directions yielding brick oven results.
Optimal cooking results:
Miele's exclusive operating mode selects the optimal cooking results based on input that you provide. Simply identify the type of food you are cooking and the oven will automatically select the proper operating mode for perfect results every time.
PerfectClean Enamel Interior Finish:
Miele's revolutionary interior finish, this nonporous, enamel finish prevents spillovers from baking onto and into the surface. Spills are easily cleaned with a sponge. Miele also coats the standard assortment of baking trays and a roasting pan with PerfectClean enamel
Favorites Mode Setting:
The Favorites mode setting enables you to select and store cooking programs directly into your oven's memory. By naming and storing your recipe you can ensure that your most cherished recipes are only a touch of the finger away. Grandma's world-famous apple pie recipe will never again be misplaced.
True Convection:
Miele uses a pressurized convection system which heats the air in a rear chamber and then quickly circulates it throughout the oven cavity, creating uniform temperatures on every level of the oven. This superior technology reduces cooking times and prevents flavor transfer.
Residual Heat Cooking:
When using the roast probe, the Novotronics calculate the amount of heat needed to finish the cooking process. If the oven is hot enough to complete the cooking, the oven switches into an energy conservation mode until the item is done.
Time Remaining Calculation:
A unique Miele feature. When using the roast probe, Miele ovens will calculate and display the remaining time needed for an item to cook. This takes the guesswork out of meal planning. You'll know exactly when an item will be finished and you can plan the rest of the meal accordingly.
Two-Zone Broiling:
Miele ovens offer two zone broiling. The BROILING 1 mode operates the inner element for broiling smaller items. BROILING 2 operates both the broiling element and the top heating element, expanding the broiling capacity.
Halogen Lighting:
Miele's side mounted, halogen lighting shines bright white light throughout the oven cavity. The side position prevents trays from blocking the light, clearly illuminating every level of the oven, even when the trays are in place.
